How do I schedule an initial appointment with one of the psychiatrists at Schrodt & Hall Psychiatry?
Call us at (502) 630-2052 and leave us a message on the New Patient line. All calls will be returned within 24 hours.
How early should I arrive for my first appointment?
Arrive 20 minutes before appointment time to complete registration paperwork.
What is your payment policy?
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, HSA’s and all major credit cards.
- We are out-of-network with all insurance providers, and we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare payments
- Please contact our office for rates.
What are the office hours?
Office open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F
Missed appointments
This time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep this appointment, please give 48 hours notice; otherwise you will be billed for the time reserved.
How are medication refills handled?
You should contact your pharmacy 4-5 days in advance of your medication running out and have them electronically send the refill request to our office. This ensures that you will not run out of medication.
